This SAFO serves to warn operators that strapping cargo to a pallet to restrain cargo must be done in accordance with configurations explicitly permitted by the design approval holder’s Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)-approved Weight and Balance Manual (WBM) or WBM supplement.
